We are very pleased to welcome you to pop-ups-planet. We have been working very hard to create a range of high quality ‘make yourself’ pop-up cards for children that we would like to share with you.

All of our the cards we create are beautifully illustrated and thoroughly tested. Children from the age of 5 and above can enjoy putting them together and you can have piece of mind in knowing that they will be learning whilst having fun in a safe environment.

Each pack tackles a different area of interest, natural beauty or of historical significance and all of our packs contain extra elements, so that the card can be given a unique style, your child can explore their creativity whilst learning.

The components for kit are all pre-cut with indented folds, once removed from the backing card they are ready to glue into position. Each card has a space to write a personal message.

You will be pleased to discover that all you need to complete the job is a glue stick - we even supply the envelope so that you are ready to send your card. You can see each of our pop-ups in more detail by clicking on their links on the left hand side.

We always endeavour to create pop-ups that capture the imagination of children and at the same time educate and in each pack you will find an information sheet that gives an overview of the subject matter, for example - the history of Bath Abbey', an overview of the Jurassic period or the history of pop-up cards.

All of the cards have been created and illustrated by Peter Sellwood who is a well-known educationalist in the West of England and has worked as a consultant on a number of national educational projects. He has had a diverse career in education that has taken him around the world working in Hong Kong with their education department as well as the United States where he writes for 'Destination imagination' - a world wide programme of creative problem-solving challenges for students.

For Peter pop-ups-planet represents the culmination of his knowledge of education coupled with his love of art and talent as an illustrator.

Pop-ups planet are always looking for new commissions and are very keen to grow this already very successful business into new areas. All of our designs are completely original and designed to order; we do not rely on completed designs that are fitted to new customers and we provide real value for money.
